  1. Hey folks, cooking with Teflon is great for those of us trying to lose
    those extra pounds by cutting fats from our diets. Cooking with Teflon
    can certainly help make tasty food without cooking with fat.

    I found some interesting hints on this site, and figured I would share.

  2. I LOVE to eat teflon! I just throw a tablespoon of butter or extra
    virgin olive oil in a teflon fry pan, pump the heat on high, and in 4
    to 5 hours you have a delicious tasting "Teflon Peel". Just dip the
    chips in Chip dip, sour cream is best.

    much olive oil as I can into things when I cook. It tastes great and
    it's good for you.

    I use olive oil or saflower oil to cook everything but eggs. Eggs I use
    butter...
