  1. Do the domestic pro teams and U23 teams provide health insurance for their riders. I was thinking
specifically of Ryan Oelker's injury. Does his team provide any hospitalization coverage ?

    No.

Ryan has a day job, though, and has health insurance. Final verdict was 5 broken ribs, broken
vertebrae, broken wrist in 7 places, and a lacerated liver with internal bleeding. Makes you want to
    get health insurance...

Otherwise, he would have been relying on the USAC insurance, with the $1000 deductible.

I broke my nose in a crash two years ago, and paid for it out of pocket. It was just about $1000, so
I didn't use the USAC insurance.
