Simply put developing a hightened state of awarness simply requires
    practice.

A runner will practice to get better, so too will a musician, it
should come as no surprise that if you want to develop High Sensory
Perception (HSP) you will need to practice.

The sense I like to focus on is sense of touch. HSP can be used to
detect auras, in fact, with much practice and study an individual may
learn to control the aura. The aura is a field of energy that
surrounds all things it flows, moves, and can be exchanged between
    different objects.

crystals and various stones are said to have healing energy. I
believe this. I have felt and experienced it.

Try sticking your arm out in front of you. focus on your skin. How
does it feel? Is it warm? Can you feel a breaze move across your
skin? get to know every detail.

You must first have something to compare to before you can notice the
subtle differences that exist in other object.

no take your other hand and hold it several inches above your arm.
Note any changes of feeling you now feel. move slowly so as not to
fan air towards your arm. make note of any changes

now try moving your hand closer to and farther from your arm. Move
your hand up and down lengthwise as well, note the differences if any.

practise this and you will develop one aspect of your sense of touch.

    ...................

another example is to do the first part of the above in knowing how
your hand and arm feels without anything in it, and then place a
    crystal or rock in it.

try it. if you have success lets hear about it!
