Headshok Bottom Bearing Replacement

If your bottom bearing is wearing out as frequently as you say you may have other problems,maybe a worn cup or steerer tube,the lower bearings almost never need replacing,Iv'e had two Headshok's over a period of ten years and have never had to replace the lower bearing.Have your fork looked at! You should be able to purchase these bearings at any Machine Bearing retailer.As for changing them yourself leave it to your C-DALE mechanic he has the tools and experience,it's worth the piece of mind knowing it was done correctly and, shouldn't be all that expensive. Any handy information as to how best to complete this and also whether there are alternative bearings to the original Cannondale ones?

I agree with Kenman, Headset bearings are best played with by a C-dale shop. The parts are specific to C-dale.
