I need ergonomic information & pictures about the headrest position,
distance to the head, angle, etc in a recumbent trike and bike.
Anyone have them?

I've got one on my M5 Shockproof.
I don't use it while riding, because it seems to affect my equilibrium.
If I were to try to eliminate the problem, I would try using a softball
sized inflatable ball under a cover for the following reasons:It would allow me to roll my head about easily
This would also give it great adjustable suspension.
Maybe a flat headrest with a hole smaller than the ball would work.

I get ache on my shoulders after very long ride, that´s because I keep
moving
my head to front to help get speed when doing force, I need something to
limit the head movement."Robert Haston" <[email hidden]> wrote in message

uncomfortable in hot weather.--
