Head tube dented, help!

That looks really bad. Did you have insurance on the shipment? It may be worth a claim.

Option1: Discuss it with the seller, he/she may be willing to refund.

Option2: The redneck fix. Get one of those muffler pipe expansion tools. It expands in a circular motion as you crank it down. You could slip it in and make the headtube fairly round again. Ought to be easy with an aluminum frame.
