  1. Can anyone recommend the best hayfever cure in the world for me.
I have been getting medication from the doctor for years and it never
helps. I suffer all year round and from May until October each year,
I spend most of my time blowing my nose, drying my eyes and scratching
all over. Please, please, somebody help me.

  2. Trina,

I can only tell you what worked for me, many years
    ago but with repeated tests:

    1) Avoid all milk products other than occasional
    yogurt or cottage cheese.
    2) Get at least 1 gram (1000 mg), I used about two
grams, NATURAL vitamin C each day, in small doses
throughout the day. I used a chewable made containing
Acerola berries. It seemed that chewing them alleviated
the symptoms faster. I found out that 500 mg seemed to
do no good at all, but increasing to 1000 mg
    practically eliminated the problem.

Cautions: Make sure you get enough calcium, as
vitamin C can cause some calcium depletion over time,
and never take large amounts of any acid on an empty
stomach or with starch, or you'll probably get a
    stomach ache.

If you care to send me an e-mail I can give you
more details and may recommend two or three specific
brands that I have used, but there are probably others
    just as good.
