2 pounds lean pork loin, well trimmed
    1/3 cup lemon juice
    2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    2 tablespoons shredded onion
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon ginger
    1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
    1/2 cup pineapple juice

Place pork loin in a shallow pan. Combine remaining ingredients and pour
over loin. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes
or up to 24 hours. Broil or grill the loin for 15 to 20 minutes on each
side, placing meat 4 to 6 inches from heat element. Pork is done when an
