How is their service?I've never dealt with beyondbikes but I have dealt with Jenson. If you order from them you should talk to an operator on the phone and make sure the items they have listed on their website as "in stock" are, in fact, in stock. I ordered a bunch of stuff from them on 2/17/04 and recently learned they are holding the order until 3/31/04 until all of the items are in stock. I felt I was misled by the information posted on their site but to their credit, they were more than willing to cancel the order. I since ordered the parts from aebike.com and am assured of having them in possession next friday. 😉
