Would he give you samples? I can't imagine they are so expensive
that he couldn't spare a teaspoon of each. If they are, you might
want to factor that into your decision!

I have called him. he will provide said teaspoons and has said that he
gets them from a company called saltpepper in yorkshire. Have you heard
of them?

I haven't used them, but they look like regular Black Peppers to me.
