Hi everyone.
I was wondering if anyone has followed the Herbal Magic diet?
I know somone who did it a few years back and lost weight. I am
thinking of following the plan, but taking regular multi-vitamins as
research I have done (because of what I have read in this group)does
not support taking a lot of vitamins outside of your everyday food. (a
multi-vitamin is good in most cases)
Has anyone did it?
Do you know anyone that has done this diet or one similar and has lost
weight/kept it off?
My husband will try this with me as he wants to lose a lot of weight.
He wants to go to a Dr. Bernstein type place where they inject
Vitamin B's into your body. I do not feel comfortable spending
$500.00 a month on a food plan and then pay for injections on top of
it.
Does anyone have any opinions on this? I would very much appreciate
it.
Thx
Jazz
Ps. I realize I will get emails telling me that I only need to eat a
healthy diet. We have tried that. We need a structured plan.
(especially my hubby - he gets weak and wants something bad then
because he knows what I get tempted by, he will suggest having this or
that as a reward for something) We will be doing it a week at a time.
If he fails at this, he will go and pay for a plan. This way he will
stay on it for sure, but I would really rather not pay for anything
when I already have the Herbal Magic plan at home.

Read any or all of the low-carb diet books. It'll only cost you some
time and the cost of a library membership card which, in many cases, is
free.TC
