  1. Since many here consume a greater amount of dairy products, what is
    your opinion of data at following links which basically says that
    certain milk proteins increase risk of type I diabetes and heart
    disease.

    It's all the carbs in the low-fat milk. Excess carbs cause both
    diabetes and heart disease.
