there?

Atlantic Time Zone?
I guess that must be the islands 1 zone ahead of me? Is it like
Bahamas, Cuba, Haiti, smething like that?
I'm Eastern Daylight Time, and trying to pass the last hour til the
ball drops.

Hah! Last night as the clock struck midnight here in the eastern time
zone, I was cooking for the party my sister and I are throwing for our
dad's 75th birthday today.
I made a batch of sweet and sour meatballs, which simmered until 1:00am
before I tasted them and put them in the fridge to cool. The meatballs
will be served in a crock pot. I also made a batch of tuna salad and a
batch of health salad like they serve at the 2nd Ave. Deli in NYC.
This morning, I have to wrap a few belated Christmas gifts and make the
other dish I intend to make which is a pasta skillet similar to mac &
cheese. Then I have to transport the food and gifts to my sister's house
for our 4:00pm party.
Happy New Years to you too Christine and to all the other rfc denizens!
