  1. Here's my problem......

I have a frame which is perhaps a little to small for me, this has resulted in me having to raise the seat and handlebars, and use a long stem. My legs are very long so my seat is pretty high, and my handlebar height is about an inch lower but i have had to use like 10 spacers to achieve this. Now how much does the bar height affect the way to hold yourself firm on the saddle? especially when climbing, as i feel like i could be lossing out on my potential from not having this set up right. And i've heard that you shouldn't really have your bars any lower than 2 inches from seat height, as this is bad for your back which could pose a problem. I don't want to go cutting my steerer tube down if it won't make much difference, so i would appreciate any advice.

    Danny😄
