Does anyone know a source for a hand crank dough roller to make thin crust
pizza? I can find plenty of large commercial ones. I want to make 15 or 16
inch pizzas and rolling with a rolling pin is just hard.
Thanks
Nick

Here's a way to make it easier. Put the dough on a piece of parchment paper
that's a bit bigger than the final size. You may have to overlap 2 pieces.
Put plastic wrap on top and roll. Remove plastic wrap and slide the dough on
the paper into the oven.
I assume you know about letting the dough relax.

If it can be rolled it ain't pizza dough.... all you need are those
hooks at the ends of your arms.

You're looking for a manual dough sheeter. Hard to find nowadays.
