  1. I am training for a 10K-40K-5K duathlon in 4weeks. I pulled a
hamstring a few weeks ago. I started back running last week and it
seems to be ok but I have been going so slow that I can barely get my
HR about 150. I guess alot of is from not training it and maybe fear
of pulling it again. I have about 3.5 weeks to go. Would it be best to
get in as many runs as possible even if it is slower pace just to get
my body back to getting run form back. If so, should I do longer runs?
Or just concentrate on cycling and run only a couple of times a week.

    Thanks

    Matt P.
