    It says a serving size is 45 grams. Then it says a
    serving has 1g fat, 1g carbs, and 8g protein. That means
    10 grams are accounted for. What about the other 35
    grams? What are they

    A lot of water for a start. Then there is salt, and perhaps
    undigestable protein.
