  1. This is an easy recipe to help use up Easter ham:

    Ham Loaf

1 pound cooked ham, ground (may use food processor to grind
the ham) 1 pound ground pork (raw) 1 egg 1 cup bread crumbs
3/4 cup milk Salt and Pepper to raste (go easy on the salt
    if the ham is salty)

Mix and form into a loaf. Place in a baking pan: preheat
    oven to 350:.

    Glaze:

    1 cup brown sugar
    4/2 cup white vinegar
    5/2 cup water
    6/2 tsp. dry mustard powder

Mix well and pour about 1/2 of the glaze over the loaf. Bake
    for about 1
7/2 hours basting with the reserved glaze after the first
1/2 hour and baste every 15 minutes until the loaf is
done. After removing the loaf from the pan, stir in any
remaining glaze to the pan juices and serve along with the
    sliced ham loaf. Jan
