HAC4 stops recording

Check the memory. It sounds like you failed (or forgot) to delete
previous files.

On the HAC-4, it does a "rolling" deletion of older files. It will always
keep only the last 64 hours of ride info; there's no way to force it to not
drop off the older ones (in other words, no way to keep something in the
unit; you have to download it to your computer if you want to have access to
the info down the road).

This happened to me once in a little over one year. I also
remember hearing the beep. Interestingly, it was on the first
ride after I changed all four batteries. It hadn't happened
before, and hasn't happened since.
