  1. Hi,

I just got a HAC4 after having used an old Polar Vantage for the last
    eight years.

57 functions seemed like a lot but I can't find how you can review
your old training sessions on the watch itself.

I don't want to hassle with downloading to a PC, I just want to
update my training log using good old paper and pencil but for there
doesn't seem to be a way on the watch itself to cycle through all
your memorized training sessions. The manual says it has a 64 hour
memory but how do you access it from the watch itself ?

This was easy on the Polar, you just cycled through all the stored
    files on the watch.

Am I missing something simple ?

Say you want to break a long ride into sections and record average
heart rate for each section. Is this possible to save and review the
data without having to download to a PC ?

    Thanks
