I have owned my HAC 4 Plus for over 3 months now and I am still not able to figure out how to get the data transfered. I have read every bit of owner's manual info, followed the watch and interface connection instructions to the letter as well as the data transfer instructions. But when I get to PC mode and press the UL & LL buttons, 'shortly', as they say, I hear a single beep tone, but no precentage of data transfer and nothing appears to have transfered.
So far I love the cycling functions, but primarily purchased it so that I could transfer data to the computer and nothing that I have been doing has worked. Urgh! This has been the most frustrating computer / cycling device that I have ever purchased.

Search for the other threads on this topic for more info/background.
Make SURE your software is expecting you to be sending the data. Each of the three different programs requires something different, but it should be intuitive. You click on something, it opens a window, and then when you hear that beep, it should show on your monitor [in that window] that the data are uploading.

BTW, I have had my HAC4 Imperial for the past couple of months and have found it to be rock solid. Software takes a bit of time to figure out. But in the end worth the effort.
