I was planning on doing the 1/2 Ironman distance race at Gulf Coast
Triathlon next May in Panama City Beach, FL. I've been checking their
website frequently for details on registration.(www.gulfcoasttri.com).
Starting last week, I get a 'website is temporarily disabled error.' I know
PCB was hit hard by hurricane Ivan and I'm wondering if the event has been
canceled. It's possible they are just updating their site. Does anyone
know anything about this? Thanks.

No; I think the site is just down; I've been trying to get to the IM
site for a couple hours. I'm sure it has not been cancelled.
The GCHIM is a terrific race....I've done it 3 times and have had a
great experience each time. I highly recommend it!
