  1. Hi, has anyone ever come across guar flour? Any ideas what to do with
    it? Can it be used for bakeing?

  2. It's usually called Guar Gum. I use it to thicken gravies and sauces.
    Doesn't take much to do the trick, good to keep it in a salt shaker and
    sprinkle a little on the liquid and then mix well, add a little more as
    needed.

    You could not use it as a flour replacement in baking, you would get a
    brick.
