It's a catch 22 situation.It has not yet been decided that they are in fact terrorists,but they aren't entitled to a fair trial because they are terrorists.
What hope do they have of a fair trial?
And if they are terrorists,why have so many of them been released? 😕

It is wholly unacceptable that a country which purports to abide by the rule of law, can hold people without trial.
This is completely unacceptable.

The British used the same tactic in Northern Ireland in the 1970-1972 period.
They rounded up "terrorists" and imprisoned them without trial.
They called it internment.

That policy of internment - was the largest recruiting drive for the IRA during the 30 year conflict in Northern Ireland.

But let's be clear - this current US administration is driving a coach and horses through the legal entitlements of foreign citizens and their own citizens
rights.

From the abuse of prisoners at Abu Ghuraib - to the setting up of "black prisons" by the CIA in Eastern Europe - civil liberties are being set aside and disregarded.

The citizens of the USA themselves have been subject to phone taping without the NSA gaining a court order to do so.

I can foresee the day when this will come back on citizens of the us.It's only a matter of time until domestic dissent becomes "terrorism" and the precedent has now been established.

My fervent hope is that eventually, the various members of BushCo will be dragged into the street a la Mussolini, and hung by their feet in the town square, with a very unhappy and unruly mob surrounding them.

I don't support the death penalty,but I have no problem with tarring and feathering and running them out of town on a rail.A long spell in one of their own prisons could follow.They could hardly complain about that,could they?
