generally, you should try to contact the company but I guess there's an
outside chance somewhere else has them. my dad had an old Schwinn road
bike that he paid next to nothing for, but some bum had (badly) painted
over before he got it. I was able to clean up the paint a little, and
he asked around at bike shops and sure enough someone had a old set
lying around they let him have, which I then put on for him.

I know I contacted my bikemaker once about my rig -- they sent me the
"T" emblem for the steerer tube but no other decals like I was hoping
for. that was better than nothing, but was hoping they could send
replacement for the others along the top tube, etc. someone who had the
bike before me liked to race it sometimes and these got pretty messed
up. decals are often hard to come by and that's part of the reason
people say don't take them off (since it's kind of hard to prove what
kind of frame you've got if it's blank).

If everything eles fails try having them made at a
signshop. I know a dude that didn't like the color of the Noleen decals
on his forks that sit on his Fatcity. So he had them made up in the
signshop he worked at and the color changed.
