Grissini torinesi pics.

  1. This evening I made also "Grissini torinesi stirati ". Here in Piedmont they
    use to eat them in place of bread.
    I have made them with sourdough.
    Make a whistle if you need the simple recipe.
    You can make them also with dry yeast.

    Very nice looking, Pandora. I'll be making some for a party
    tomorrow too. Some plain, some with semolina, and some
    with buckwheat. No sourdough, though.

    Oh how I'd love to have your bread board! It reminds me of my Nonna's
    and how she'd cut her macaroni up on it with a little pinwheel type
    cutter. Nice memory. 🙂
