Grendel looks like she might be fast and loose. Not bad for someone assembled from spare parts. How
many volts were required to shock her to life? Her steering bar looks inspired by a Longhorn steer.
I thought I was the only one who still had a working pair of those old rat-trap pedals. They last
longer than the slicker new generation types and are a better fit for relatives of Bigfoot. Good
show all around and I expect that head-post will have a fairing on it sometime.

The pedals came off a decidedly ancient Schwinn road bike. Apparently my parents moved to the
midwest when I was a kid because they realized my feet wouldn't fit in those tiny eastern seaboard
states once I grew up. 🙂

The handlebars were done up based on the Thunderbolt trike USS instructions; the original handlebar
design didn't work at all.

She was fun to build, and I learned a lot (such as, next time I should use jigs rather than
eyeballing everything). Now, to get to work doing up design drawings for my trike. 🙂
