I have tried almost every Greens Product out there on the market and although it is a wonderful way to get your fruits and veggies, it is difficult to get the amount you need in capsule form unless you are ok with swallowing a lot of pills. I personally do not like to swallow a lot of pills and prefer to take products that are in liquid form and taste good. (many greens products taste.....well, Green!)
I am currently taking a Greens product which I absolutely love. The name is TrueGreens and it is manufactured by LifeForce International out of San Diego. I take it every day and look forward to it's sweet taste. My health is excellent and I know TrueGreens are keeping me on that good path.

I do get my greens veggies and fruits in liquid form - I juice them! Also would you not agree that thee RDA's are based on flawed science and the amount of greens to eat a day being based on this is flawed also? Anth
