  1. I've begun to take green tea extract, in capsules, and was wondering
if there is a difference between the extract, and the actual tea ? If
an extract says it has 75 % polyphenols....is that good enough ?

  2. Ralph Moss books, Antioxidants and Cancer, according to Moss you should brew
the tea for about 10 mins. This ensures you get a high concentration of the
    anti-oxidants contained.
