Does anyone have suggestion on routes to go from Athens to the western Turkey coast and back to Athens. We want to take 3 weeks to see beautiful sights and good bike friendly roads.
Friends have cautioned us about staying away from Turkey due to "stupid Bush war" situation, but is that paranoid fear or real?

missfortune to travel through by cars and they really do throw stones after what they think are
"christians".
