I needed some help with a few questions concerning bottom brackets and
cranks so I contacted FSA at their customer service email address.
I received a quick reply with the exact information that I needed, as well
as some additional information that was also helpful. This was the first
time that I had contacted them and I was very happy with their support.

I've gotten quick and good support from Cane Creek and Avid (before bought
out by SRAM-Rockshox).
