Grasshopper Pie
1/2 box chocolate wafer crumbs
3 Tbsp butter(melted)
1/4 cup milk
6 1/2 cups miniature marshmellows
1/4 cup Creme deMenthe
2 Tbsp Creme deCocoa
4 cups whipping cream that has been beaten stiff
1/2 box chocolate wafer crumbs
3 Tbsp butter(melted)
In double boiler melt in milk and miniature marshmellows Stir till melted
and let cool stirring occasionally. Add Creme deMenthe and Creme deCocoa
to marshmellows, then fold this mixture into 4 cups whipping cream that
has been beaten stiff. Keep in freezer.
Ready prepared crusts were not to be found at that time I got this recipe
but you could use a Chocolate ready made one.
This recipe was given to me a number of years ago
by my cousin in Jacksonville FL.

biscuit recipe with me. I appreciated it very much.
