The L. A. Wheelmen's GRAND TOUR, June 21, 2003, begins in Malibu and heads north ... as far as
want to take it: 100+ miles, 200, 300, even 400 miles. The Century Challenge (just a little longer
than 100) goes to Moorpark and returns via Oxnard and Pacific Coast Hwy. The Double Century gets
to Ojai for lunch, by a Lowland or a Highland route, before returning to Malibu. Add a loop to
Gaviota in the middle of your Double for the Triple Century. Finish a Triple and still ready to
ride? Loop to Ventura and back. Last year, a Quadruple Century finisher had half an hour to spare
on the 24-hour limit!
