This looks promising.... Interested to see it come to market and the price point they hit. Garmin has a pretty good lock on the GPS watch market, but this looks to bring that market up to current technology standards. Would love to see integration with a smartphone to receive alerts/notifications as well as transmitting data either at the start/finish or real time.

done, garmin's new 510 and 810 connect to the smartphone using bluetooth, an new app is coming for that,
