I'm not sure what you mean by "integrate into" distances/routes. If you want
a rough measure of distance, it will probably do fine (but then, so will your
handheld GPS)I've tried a few different "routes" -- the handheld GPS, the footpod, and
more recently, the bike computer. The bike computer is the method I'm happiest
with. It is inexpensive, and more accurate IMO than the other methods. The
benefits come with some costs (you have to actually get out there and measure
your route) but since I usually run the same routes, this is a non issue.Cheers,
