GPS for Sony Ericsson P900 phone

    I have found hardware Bluetooth GPS unit and software (Socketcom Bluetooth GPS and MONAS Software)
    that will work on a Sony Ericsson P900 phone.

    Trouble I'm having is finding reviews as to how good the maps for Europe/UK are.

    Anyone know of any sites, or personal experience of these Bluetooth devices for phones?

    Looking at the home page, rpcsoftware.co.ukP800btgps.htm, the key phrase seems to be
    "user created maps"!

    I've played about with www.pocketstreetmap.co.uk on my PC and was quite impressed. If you look on
    the downloads page of that site, you'll notice there's a mention of a Smartphone version which is
    not available. I'm hoping they include the P900 under Smartphone and do release that product. The PC
    and Pocket PC versions work with a GPS to show your location so if they include that on the
    Smartphone version then I think it looks very promising.

    I copied a screengrab of some OS 50k mapping onto my P900 and it looks very good on the screen with
    all the contours easily readable.
