Can somebody recomend to me a good site where I can learn stretching
exercises for biceps, triceps, quads, lower back etc?
If these exercises can be performed while lying down rather than
standing up I'd apreciate it.

Andre, The tiny ballerina has a very strong right wrist, so take
advice on masturbation or prancing, but not not on strength.
