Indeed it is, Dave. My own good deed for the xx/xx/yyyy happened a few
weeks ago. I was on my way to the local shops when I saw a cyclist
fiddling with his bike. He was still struggling about 30 minutes later
when I was returning home.

Fortunately, I had my mighty-multi-mega-tool in my rucksack. Obviously
I stopped and let him use the tool. Off he went a few minutes later,
presumably feeling happier. I certainly did.
