  1. Haven't been on this group in just over a year, remember someone pointing me
    to an excellent site that featured a "clickable" graphic of the body's
    muscles showing what stretches are best for targeting a particular
    muscle/group and good lifts for that muscle/group. Remember it was a
    particular lifesaver on a few back stretches. Can't remember the address to
    that site, nor can I find it via google. Anyone familiar with it and where
    it might be hiding?
