Good maps for the midwest - summary

Here is a summary of the responses:

Ohio - Universal maps cover the state, website is www.universalmap.com

Indiana - "Back Roads of Indiana" provides information for nearly all paved roads in Indiana.
Assembled by a cyclist for cyclists. Individual maps of each county with interesting places and
suggested routes.
