  1. Good luck to everyone running Boston next Monday, especially the first-timers! My only Boston was
the 100th, when I got a lottery spot--and it was a great experience. I'm looking forward to a
*quantum leap* in my training volume and running results so I can get to Boston again--most likely
the next 3 to 5 years when I'll be in my early 50's--it will take my that long (or longer) to
improve my times so that I can qualify.

  2. Yes good luck to the Boston Runners.

I know a few people running it and at least one of them is a first timer.

Me, I still want to see a sub 20 minute 5k before I try to qualify again.

    Thanks, Roger

  3. I've decided to skip Boston but my team is sending a pretty good women's team going all have run sub
3:20 in the past year. They should do well. www.teamutopia2004.com

  4. Another round of well wishes for the Boston Marathon runners. A freind of my husband's qualified
with a whopping ten seconds to spare in his very first marathon. We're rooting for him and all of
those who've worked hard enough to make it. Michelle Roger 2k <[email hidden]> wrote in
