I am looking to get some good cycling books to read, and the book stores have a bunch of them. Some are by LA and others sound great too. I was just wondering if some of you have any favorites, or know which would benefit me best as far as learning techniques, training, rules, and anything else.
Your Library should have a good selection of titles that cover the basics of equipment selection, set up, riding skills, group riding skills, training and an introduction to racing.
I would suggest you find the local store with the best reputation to get your set up looked at as this can make a big difference in riding comfort.
It's a novel, not a training guide. But it was the first thing that I thought of when I read the title of the thread. I've read it a half dozen times over the years.
