Found a 2005 Giant OCR-1 on craigslist w/ Ultegra components, new tires for $650. Good condition, normal wear and tear but nothing major. Thoughts?

You might want to try searching on BikePedia, you can look up many makes and models from different years there and see what they sold for when new.

Or the Giant web site, Giant Bicycles / Bikes / ??????.The MSRP for a 2005 OCR1 was $1000. While its 9-speed Ultegra drivetrain is a quality stuff, it's a little dated, so I think $650 is, er, more than a little optimistic. I think the seller would be happy to take a more reasonable offer, say $480.
