  1. Hi

I'm just starting out with cycing having not owned a bike for a few years.

As well as riding into work I want to start riding for pleasure as well - weekends / evenings etc.

I wanted to get a bit of reading in before my new race bike arrives (eager anticpication!!)and wondered if any you could recomend good books for the following:

1: technique - more actual cycling technique than training excersize routines

    2: Maintenance

3: Suggested rides / routes in or just outside of South London

    many thanks

    James

  2. the lance armstrong training program by chris carmichael....
the very best book i´ve read...
