How do you make perfect mashed potatoes? Please help.

    Golden Mashed Potatoes

    Prep Time: 30 min
    Total Time: 30 min
    Serves: 4 to 6

2-1/2 cups cooked, cubed potatoes , mashed
    3 Tbsp. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives (can substitute 1 tspdry herbs)*
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) Velveeta Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product , cut up,
    divided
    1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
    1/2 tsp rosemary leaves(crushed)**

    * Tip:Chopping Herbs
Just place the leaves in a glass measuring cup or small bowl and cut them
into tiny pieces with kitchen shears, using short, quick strokes.

Beat potatoes, milk, butter and chives until fluffy. Stir in 1/2 of the
    prepared cheese product.

** Tip: Can add 1/2 tsp dried rosemary leaves, crushed, to potato mixture
    before spooning into casserole.

Spoon into 1-quart casserole; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350 F for 20 to 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Top with remaining prepared cheese product; continue baking until prepared
    cheese product begins to melt.
