Going to 2004 TDF - Tour Co. advice

A group of us want to do 7-10 days next year (mountain stages ideally). Some of us want to ride the route and others are non-riders who would need a bus. Any recommendations on tour companies and your experiences with any of them appreciated. It seems like Hampsten runs a tour company, but I can't seem to locate it. John
