Hello,
Does anyone know of a source for a database of Glycemic indexes of
foods. Does a source exist that is linked to the USDA Standard
Reference values?
Thus far, can't seem to find a good source online.
Thanks in advance.

Google Glycemic Load. IMHO: GI by itself is meaningless.

The latest database of glycemic index might be published in 2002 by
Foster-Powell in Am J Clin Nutr, and there is a online database maintained
by a lab in Australia, you can get the GI and GL of your purposed food
item.
