Anybody know how to use Glucomannan in baking? I read "add one
teaspoon of Konjac Glucomannan flour to 2 cups wheat flour." I would
think that simply adding glucomannan flour to any recipe would cause
it to be tough. There must be other changes/alterations. I was hoping
to cut down on flour, increase the water thus resulting in lower carbs/
serving.
