anyone have a good suggestion as to how to keep my glasses on during a triathlon? swimming is the hardest, though running and bouncing glasses is no fun as well. i tried most of the croakies, and they are ok but are either painful or do not really hold my glasses in place

Try croakies made of different materials. My favorite is rubber because it doesn't hold moisture or change tension when perspiration gets in it.

Good Luck,

thx. these do seem to work the best though they are not the most comfortable. still, i live in fear that my glasses will be ripped off during swimming. they did fall off once running and that was the end of that run!!

I have done some pretty extreme things wearing these glasses, like mountainbike marathon in the Alps and downhill. These specs stay put. As far as swimming is concerned, luckily I do not have to wear glasses during swimming. How about contact lenses?
