  1. Okay, I reread the atkins section about fat and I am realizing that
while I have been diligently doing atkins induction for almost 2 weeks
my fat content is really low. The only thing I do that has any fat is
the salad dressing I use on my salad at dinner and the maynaise on a
tuna salad. Did anyone else find themselves having a had time with
this? I don't even have any full fat cream cheese in my house and my
sour cream is fat free just because I am in such a habit of buying fat
free. I did have jello with whipped cream tonight but after I ate it
my mouth had a greasy coated feeling, like it just was really odd to
    eat fat.

How would a person get more fat without adding carbs? I usually just
use a teflon pan to make eggs so I will try frying them in butter,
yuck🙂 and once I am done with induction I can add part of an avacodo
or something but that still is not a lot of fat.
    Thanks for suggestions.

    Christa
